Privacy Policy

This policy explains how One More Agency ("One More", "we", "us"), a creative advertising agency based in Cairo, Egypt, handles personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We collect as little as we can and never sell it.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name and email, and optionally your company, phone number, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Direct messages. Whatever you choose to send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly to stop spam on the contact form, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project (our legitimate interest, or steps before entering a contract with you).
• To deliver and manage work for clients (performance of a contract).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under appropriate confidentiality terms:

• our website hosting provider;
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox;
• our email and business tools, and professional advisers where needed.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside Egypt; where they do, we rely on safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they turn into a project, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations. Rate-limit data is held in memory for minutes, not stored.

Your rights

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email Hello@1moreadv.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Egypt that is the Personal Data Protection Center.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the small amount of browser storage we do use.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data through the contact form.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
